This is really just a test project to see how to work with EVA foam. However, I think it may come out pretty good and then I'll have to sew an orange jumpsuit and make the chest equipment. Anyways.. on with the show.

Sorry, I've been busy building a Fallout 3 laser pistol for a friend. I'll post some pics later.

You may or may not be able to tell that the foam helmet is huge. I'm going to have to either cut it down or start with a new pattern.

I purchased the rebel trooper helmet. It is vacu-formed styrene/abs.

I imagine you could make one out of eva foam though.
